Qualifications for N.A.I.A. Membership:
- Members must be currently registered with the NASD.
- Members must be actively employed by or have current licenses with a registered broker-dealer.
- Members must agree to abide by the written code of ethics.
- Members may never have been dismissed from a firm for disciplinary action or barred from the
securities industry at any time.
- Members may not have more than 1 customer initiated, U-4 reported complaint per 5 years of experience
as reported at http://www.sec.gov/investor/brokers.htm
- Members may not have been convicted of a felony.
