I will furnish details of any exceptions or changes respecting this statement or representation. I have never been convicted of any felony, or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude (lying, cheating, stealing or other dishonest conduct) or any substantially equivalent crime in any court of law. I agree to be familiar and comply with the National Association of Investor Advocates Code of Ethics and Rules of Professional Conduct. I understand that failure to comply is grounds for the revoking of my membership without refund of dues.
